Any tips for design of rice storage when using concrete posts, steel beams and wall studs, and metal covered walls and roof?

My wife wants me to build an extra rice storage space adjacent to our carport. I’m an experienced (licensed in USA) building contractor, but rice storage is out of my area of expertise. Our older family rice storage units have wooden beams and wall coverings, and steel roofs. There seem to be several design issues. One is keeping rats out. That seems to be done mainly by being elevated. Another is ventilation, as the paddy goes in not 100% dry. Metal walls could condense moisture on the inside. Any tips from those more experienced on what to do to meet all these issues? (Obviously, rice is heavy, so the floor beams must be substantial to support the load). We’re talking about just storing maybe 100 bags of paddy rice.
