Everybody who stays in Thailand more than 90 days has to do address reporting... even Elite Card holders.

Extension cost still to be clarified, but if 30 days costs 1,900 Baht you can pretty much guarantee it will be 10k.

20,000 Baht sounds cheap to buy a year's stay in Thailand - I would focus my gripe the requirement to maintain 500,000 Baht.

Still cheap for a digital nomad - my daughter would have to pay £1,800 pm to rent a 2 bed apartment in a London suburb; it is a third of that price in Thailand.
