SO, No crime was commited. The coercive act of a person in power over a student and unwanted sexual advances is not a crime.

Only the coercive act and following through is. Maybe he was just checking to see how the morals of his student were to see if she would come to the hotel. Yeah right.

My friend is the person that the student reached out to for help. I understand this is just the latest incident of a very "checkered past" for the individual accused of wrong doing. My friend has now been accused of some sort of "set up" which is a feeble way to try to divert unwanted attention.
