All the built in built furnature was removed yesterday and half the wallpaper. Wallpaper removal is ongoing and stripping the tiles
in the bathroom. It is a fixed price job and it is not disrupting us.

Not in this case mate. Our eldest spends most of her time at her boyfriends so, the girls/ daughters agreed to swap rooms.
The bathroom in the room under renovation is much bigger as well.
