My wife will build a bungalow in her village. I've been sketching a little in Google Skethcup.
Local builders will be used (lucky me), and we will not be in Thailand before its finished (hurray), not my choice, but its her money.
I have a few questions that I hope someone can help me with:
Roofing: Is it common to use a membrane under the tiles? Anyone can help me with a good tile brand and price range? My wife is talking about some Synthetic roof sheeting, but thats not going to happen.
Construction of the roof is from her late fathers house, any protest from me result in silence from her so that i give up.
I have talked her into using insulated blocks for walls between the pillars, I think 100 mm or 150 mm outside walls and 100 mm inside walls? What is the price for Q-block?
