Chong Chom Market, huge changes in the works.

I'm always amazed at the improvements of infrastructure in Thailand.
Big changes since the days Cambodian and Thailand, we're exchanging artillery rounds over the Chong Chom border SURIN province.
I think Cambodia was using rockets, Thailand artillery;
I personally witness, Thailand, military shooting multiple rounds from a artillery howitzer parked on side Highway 24. The howitzer was pulled behind an army truck, took them about 4 minutes to set up, shoot and scoot .

I was living in Prasat, at that time and remember all the people living in temporary accommodation in the school playgrounds. Also remember the muddy old market at CC too
