There was one in the city that has a blown bulb and one that has lost it's colour.

Most of the traffic lights have now been changed. Most are now LEDs rather than bulbs and with countdown clocks to the next change. That said, I think the traffic lights near Ruemphet Hospital are still of the old variety and not very reliable either.
