good afternoon folks
ive been through the process of sorting my girlfreind her holiday visa for the uk.
it has now been about 10days since the application went in.
today i recieved an email from VFS stating that a decision had been made regarding our application. the thing is in the email is doenst state whther the application was accepted or refuised, it just mentions about picking up documents after 2 workign days which im hoping means its succesful, but then when i track the application on vfs website it says the documents are still with the embassy.
so am now abit clueless as to whther we are good to go or not.
can i ring the vfs for the answer? or is there any other way to find out?
