Well I hope to see them re-open in the future. Those burgers are monsters! Many of these small places will fall by the wayside I suspect though. The government needs to help at least the small places to be able to open again after months of having to be closed. The government does not seem to be helping these businesses much if at all from what I am being told by owners I know.
 
Contrary to what I wrote, Junkies is open and selling burgers. Their FB page seems to have latest posts at the bottom rather than the top as normal.
 
The map's pretty crap but it looks to me like it's on Sankha Road out of Surin (2077) on the left just before the pink dentist and the turn to Bamboozled?

There appears to be some confusion over the location. The website indicates Nohkmuang and that the restaurant is between Makro and Thai Watsadu. Another map indicates it is close to Memorial Hotel which @westofhere confirms. @westofhere also confirms that the buns are not sweet.

It's on the right-hand corner going into town, next to the BBQ fish restaurant, at the big 5-road traffic lights/crossroads. The main crossroads after the klong and before driving down past the main schools on the way into town. Hope this helps a little.
