Well I suppose. But the rescuers put the little girl through unneeded duress. As they figured that it must be some kind of car jacking scam. That involved sticking a little girl on a highway in the dark and rain, just to make a car stop. So they did not get out and actively backed the car away from her when she tried to run to them for help.
I am trying to understand and not condemn these heartless folk. We all live in Surin. It is not the focus of organised car jacking squads FFS.
Sorry, I would not of considered my own safety in lieu of a babies regardless.
Yes they could of drove past and they didn't. So I will try a little harder to not condemn them.
