A crash accident occurred on the Surin-Prasat Road, resulting in the tragic deaths of a family of three, including a four year old child.

Not meaning to be pedantic, but this was 3 people on a Fino scooter, all (probably) had no crash helmets or tax/Insurance.

How sad unfortunately happens all the time. RIP. Lucky it was not a farang that had parked his car there. As happened to an old friend in Khon Kaen many years ago.
Fortunately no one died in his case, but the court did find his birth was at fault and he had to pay damages. He said he would of passed the debt to his parents but alas they were both dead. I JEST YOU NOT !

I hope things have changed in Thailand that was 20 years ago.
