I finally tried this place today and it was great. Breakfast set was 59 baht, steak with veggies and mash 129 baht, large Leo's 60 baht, spaghetti and assorted sandwiches are also on the menu for around 90 baht. Very new and clean with aircon and wifi. The staff was quite pleasant on the eyes also. Highly recommended!!

No, it's Thai owned. I met the owners and they were well dressed and looked liked they weren't hurting for money. Very clean well run place. Very nice and polite staff.
 
Went to this place today with Alan the Dude. Good menu and very reasonable priced. Pleasant and clean with a handy car park opposite. Service was good but a little on the slow side, but whats the rush?
