Well still unable to scan my picture, I have a new passport. Sent a message to the THIM developers, got a quick reply asking for a copy of my profile in the THIMs, what device I was using and passport information, issue date. Sent all to them, this morning I got a reply that he portrait on your passport could not be reliably detected during the verification process. This is related to the characteristics of the passport portrait itself, rather than the way the passport was scanned. The portrait has lower contrast than those on most passports, making it more difficult for the verification process to detect consistently. Our team is working on enhancing the verification process to better support passports with this type of portrait. So it wasn't me.....
