Just did my 90 day report at SI. CRU is about 2 km from SI and I do not need to use the 214. Was able to visit 10 fighting cocks, see two dogs locked together, visited with a Frenchmen, all the orang mafia at the local greeted me.:D SI had no customers but me. BTW they were very friendly. As you can see I used my trusty steed.:cool:

Does your vehicle not require a number plate?
 
I thought you were only legalized to terrorize pedestrians on the pavement ...
