Certainly no criticism of the police officers. It sad that one or both now have to live with it for the rest of there lives. But they never had a option.
I wonder why police in Thailand are not issued with Tasers.
It was an unusual occurrence to have happened where it did in the circumstances.
If Tasers had been available to the police it could have been a different situation.
Plus everyone might have known why he went crazy.
Knowing why.
Could prevent another doing the same in the future.
Very sad all round for all concerned
No. I done condone someone running amok with a axe.
.

I wonder why. The meds he was on? Very odd. Go in for an appendectomy and check out crazy and getting a few bullets instead. A strange story.
I had one of them exactly one week after moving to Surin but I didn't go crazy (or any more crazy)!!!

If he was on Ya Ba.
Then that is different ball game.
But still a guess .
Although it would not surprise me. It is dangerous stuff.
Anyone manufacturing the stuff and dealing. Need to be snuffed out like a burning candle.
The stuff is everywhere.
