It is probably time to sort out my roof. We built the house on a limited budget some 14 years ago. The build standard was 'thamma da" Thai ....ie not on par with western builds.
As far as I know the roof is steel framed with the fibre tiles fixed to steel batons. When I am next on my PC I will see if I can add a picture of the early work.
Leaks, poor insulation (if any) and rodent/bird access...
I have two choices:-
1. Mend and make do.
2. Do the job properly.
I would be pleased to hear advice from anyone who has been involved in have roof work done...in particular I would be interested to learn what method @alanthebuilder adopts on his European standard builds.
