Single story house we are building near Buriram ,this is over 400--sqm

always nice to get a big single story to build ,this is the biggest yet

This will be a nice house wood flooring in some rooms wood ceiling in some rooms ,double block walls, big patio ,outside shower in place for the swimming pool and pool \bar and pool area .

Now you are really getting my interest Alan. The construction is looking good and, in particular, I like the corrugated steel dog house to the right of the main entrance. Always a good place to keep the guard dogs. Only joking. Any chance of posting the house plans?

Alan - I see , like most Thai builders , you form the roof from steel not wood (obviously because of termites ) - we have the same but I find keeping it waterproof a problem . Do you have any method of overcoming this - in the UK , of course , they use tarred paper but then they have timber to fix it to . We seem to fix the leaks only to have them back again in a few months .

Roofs leak for many reasons mate ,I would need to look at the roof to find the problem , some roof tiles are not as good as others !
C-Pac Monier Tiles are normally very good in this part of the world .
What type of Roof tiles are on your house ?
Some Thai builders dont overlap the tile enough to save money .
