What endemic means is that it has been declared an every day thing now. Move along nothing to see here. People will still get sick, people will still die. But it is normal now.
It really is just a throw away bull shit line.

Will probably create a false sense of security for many. Maybe it will help bring in more tourists (domestic at least), but really, is there anything to really bring in domestic tourists here in Surin? I do know and have seen and been told over the years that Surin's nightlife and bars are a draw for many expats from the surrounding area. 'Want some fun on a weekend? Go to Surin!'

It may backfire on them. About 1 mth ago there was a report out saying Surin Province was in the last 10 Provinces relating to % of vaccinated people.
With the Songkran hols soon to be here & all the people travelling around the country ,there might be a big spike in the numbers in this Province.

Think governments realized that they cant fight the spread - and as long as it is as dangerous as the flu... they will just let it take its course... here in Denmark we are now down to 3-4k official infections.. but a lot of people do not get tested when sick... so nobody knows really.. and dont care either... Now its all about Ukraine war.. we have to be scared of something I guess...
