Nor me, Bill, as an International School Head for the last 16 years. At least I think not!
Just one other thought....I have seen and met a number of young teachers here in Surin over the last few months. They are here for a six month stint delivering English programmes in a number of local schools. They are recruited by agencies that are probably not too different to the one you are I have our doubts about at the start of this thread.
Without exception I have found those I have met to be charming and positive young people, albeit in many cases without formal teaching qualifications. What is more, being native speakers of English, they are, without doubt, a vast improvement on the Thai teachers who would otherwise be responsible for going through the dry grammar books with their students.
So, I remain with somewhat mixed feelings.
