Hello,

I am looking for a shop that has a lot of choice in terra cotta garden children and animals (see attachment). Any idea ?

There is a small shop on the 226 just past the entrance to Shinton Village as you come into town. I don't think they carry the full range for one minute. Otherwise, your best bet is to head towards Korat Immigration once again and visit the pottery village. I am sure they have everything you need to satisfy even your bizarre whim. LOL.
 
If you see a kangaroo with an ash tray on its back, please let me know. Still searching for that and couldn't find it at the pottery village when I went searching.

I come up with Dan Kwain pottery village . Its also the location of Korat Immigration.
GPS 14.842541446, 102.193922624 (Korat immigration.) There must be 100 shops in this village, they have what you want and the selection is second to none. Make sure your wallet is fat and you have a empty pickup when you arrive. If you run out of room they will deliver. Its approximately 180km from Surin but will worth the drive.

A bit further past Korat onto the Motorway to Saraburi you will find Sikhio my wife pronounces it CQ. Not so much pottery as statues of every shape and size.
 
Closer to home on the 214 highway about 7km south of Prasat as your going towards Kap Choeng (immigration) on the left hand side, GPS 14.5869234165, 103.47059246
is a very large shop that has a seriously large collection of pottery.
 
Denis, search for Dan Kwian potttery, look at 'images. and you will probably orgasm. They have lots of what you like.


There used to be a picture on the forum at one time of the entrance to the road - two large pottery urns, can't miss it.
