In a press briefing at Government House today, November 11, Defence Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, Phumtham Wechayachai, affirmed that former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra's planned campaign activities in Surin province comply with legal regulations.

(ie: 'student loan forgiveness')
