I've been going here for years. Located in the entrance soi/street going into the Petchkasem Plaza shopping mall and Petchkasem Hotel (across from the bus depot entrance). Good Thai foods, plus appetizers, snacks and desserts. Good air con in an enclosed space with plenty of seating. Some computers for use as well on one side. Cold beers. All reasonably priced. A particular favorite of mine is their layered crepe cake with strawberry syrup. Their bakery area has some good treats too. Tam Tam pizza is just around the corner as well. There's usually some parking in the area around the hotel and plaza.

The reason that they call it "The Bowl" is that it used to have a bowling lane. More like skittles really.

I've always liked 'The Bowl' for a quick snack/meal and for their bakery desserts.

Nice little place to munch some sweet things or have some beers and fried shrimp and other Thai dishes. Air con as well and a nice little bakery with some goodies to take home. It's been a while since I was there, but that banana split is calling my name on these hot days.
