They will accept major credit cards issued from foreign banks and...


...proudly display clear warnings against bringing a grenade and a pet into their restaurant.
(I suppose a firearm might be okay since I didn't notice a metal detector.)

I hope one day to see proper guidedogs in Isaan and a sign stating that they indeed are welcome.

Used to be a problem in Phnom Penh some years back. Have a friend, expat who has lived there for decades, who left a bar in PP just before a grenade was tossed into the place. Mafia/gang stuff it was said.
