Nomad-Were did you live in Islington?I lived in Ldn from 65 to 14 & used to drink around that area alot.

I was a weekend warrior residing with 3 nurses. It was back in 1974/76. I used to drive up from Wiltshire on a Friday evening, spend the weekend, and drive back on a Sunday night. Can't say more than that, my memory of those times has faded.

Three lovely female nurses, one of whom I married. The rest of the story is history as they say. And Islington had many pubs serving a good pint of draught Guinness.
