There certainly is a lot of wet stuff to the south of the displayed picture..........but exactly where is it?

This is the 'paint' from the Surin radar and in the center of the picture is Surin. The big area without sub-divisions to the south is Cambodia. Looks like they are getting most of the wet stuff.
