USA Social Security form SSA-7162 for 2025 , US expats did you receive yours in the mail via Thai post ?

I received an email ( Your New Social Security Statement is now available ) that brought my attention to SSA -7126.
Evidently, they have been mailed out ( google help-- forms are usually mailed out May or June ) trying to stay current on requirements for SSA payments.
I have not received the form in the mail, consequently interested to see if any other US ezxpats received theirs ?

Nothing since December when they claimed to have not received the forms I sent in June(ish). I've been getting my SS payments without issue or interruption.

I did get something about Medicare that I'm not sure what to do with.

Calling our mail carrier inquiring about a 7162 letter from the US. He brought it on 11 August.
Following is tracking , register, mail THAI POST.
Tracking information shows up in USPS tracking, obviously their systems are connected.
Last year I mailed one to Pennsylvania and the Philippines, will do the same if USPS does not show the letter accepted.
I made a copy of 7162 envelope and forum with barcodes, etc. for back up.

Wife, for whatever reason, did NOT want to drive to Surin to drop off at DHL. Despite me showing her on Google Maps, she insisted that Surin did not have a DHL office/pickup location.

It's an hour drive and she is obsessed with keeping me locked up... -I mean, sequestered... -uh... -safe? I was actually looking forward to a night out.

"Up to you." does not apparently mean what I thought it did. I was bedridden with the plague the next day so maybe this was for the best.

Sept 3 - Wife called DHL and per DHL Customer Service learned that DHL could not deliver to the Philippine address as they needed the zip to contain 5 digits, and this was only 4. I can't help if their system is flawed (or possibly the human operating it) Gave Customer Service the Wilkes Barre address and their system liked that one better. After confirming there were no surcharges for this home pickup service I agreed, and a link was sent for me to pay. Paid, but there were several options greyed out that I could not change. "I have my own packaging" for instance. No biggie thinks I, surely, driver will have a simple DHL envelope behind the seat. They give them away free after all. Right? -Right?

Sept 4 - Just after noon the delivery driver calls and asks for directions. I give phone to Wife, and he shows at gate 30 minutes later. Another unrelated technician was working on the water dispenser at the same time, so our attention was divided. The DHL Driver was puzzled. First: he was expecting a box, not an envelope, and Second: because I presented him a collection of envelope, waybill, and printed address label. He looked back and forth at them for several minutes, then called his boss to ask for instructions. While he is doing that we scrounge up a manila envelope and I attempt to tape the address label to the outside with clear shipping tape. I'm waved off by both Wife, and Driver and 20 minutes later, still confused, he tapes everything together by the corners and says he will let home office figure out what to do. (this did not inspire confidence) Had I known he would not have a DHL Envelope I would have done it correctly from the start. Note: Wife says she asked him about a Surin pickup location and was told there is not one any closer than Bangkok. Can anyone confirm or deny? I think something is getting lost in translation.

Sept 5 - 13:43 DHL is showing package received into their system. (Whew! Finally. I was worried.)
Sept 5 - 15:15 DHL shows service fee paid (??? Thought I'd already done that. Must be something else.)
Sept 5 - 19:47 DHL shows shipment processed by Bangkok (Good, good.)
Sept 5 - 20:38 DHL shows shipment departing DHL Bangkok (Excellent.)
Sept 5 - 20:24 DHL shows arrival to Bangkok Sorting Center (Wait a minute.)
Sept 5 - 20:24 DHL show shipment processed in Bangkok. (here we go round the mulberry bush)

Sept 6 - 12:01 DHL shows shipment departing DHL Bangkok (Let's play the Time Warp Again.)

Suddenly my confidence is waning.
