I eat at a little Thai vegitarian hole in the wall.Don't know name of street but if you went down street that has Bank of Bangkok and turned on street that goes to Big C it's right on the right. They make great dishes and cheap. But would love to find other such places because I eat there for lunch probably 5 days a week. Don't get me wrong I love meat, pizzas and all the other fatty foods but while I'm in Thailand I try to shed a few lbs and I find eating vegitarian helps a lot.

try getting a street address if you could. my wifes a vege

Is it the place set back with a car park infont and sort of opposite to Pechkesem Plaza??

There's another vegetarian place across from the big market. It's less of a buffet type than the one you eat at, so you have to order.

There is also one somewhere near Surin hospital that I've yet to try.
