555 I did not even notice that I just tried to trans literate the place is more like Suan poome pak. But Silly me just realized it is a word I did not know and not a place name.
ส่วนภูมิภาค means provincial. So it states work done in the provincial branch of Surin, Which can be any where. Reading Thai can be tricky when you don't know every word your reading.
I assumed it was a place as it came before branch Surin. Oh well that is another word in the lexicon.
