Water pumps

We want to buy water pump to pump water into rise paddings and am wondering what the prizes for those are, brands to look for compared to prize/capability, where the might have sales/where can find them cheapest. And what not to buy if someone knows about that.

Any suggestions/ideas are very welcomed.

You know them tractor style engines they use for many jobs, they Pump water also.
 
Get the father-in-law to walk about the fields he will read the lay of the land as he has all his life and he will be able to manuvoer the water to where it needs to go ,otherwise use the tractor to pump up the water....but a pump can be had for 4500 baht but don't leave it alone in the field at night.....Oops5
