With all your regular trips out and about sampling the food in Surin, I think you should become the Egon Ronay of Surinfarang.com. As such you can set up and award points for the dining experience at each restaurant you visit. For example, 5 x for a damned good meal with 5 x for a pretty rotten experience at the other end of the scale.

P.S. You are a braver man than me risking life and limb the way you do. I would never have the courage to boldly go and subject my palate to the variety of tastes you seem to enjoy.
