Just went out to the 214 highway at CRU and dirt is being MOVED.
Can not use the organe tyre for direction or the project sign.

Took RED RYDER for a look see this morning. Started at our soi at the highway then the back roads all the way to SI , about 2 km. Dirt is flying and people are moving out their business pronto from the government right away. Across from the hospital where all the food stalls WERE..looks like a bomb went off.

By the looks this will be a 4 lane with a meridian divide. Also on a side note Yes we are getting city water. SHMBO did bring in 2 sections of 2 inch PVC for the concrete cut on our soil. On my trip this morning I saw numerous meter hook ups, it looks like our soi is the last. AND finally had a chance to stop and chat with a local neighbor about 4 blocks away. An Italian chap and boy does he make same damm good homemade wine.

Just made a run down to CC market. As I said KC is getting a cavity search. All the businesses are having to take their overhangs, roofs and signage down as it protrudes into the highway wright of way. About 6 km down from SI on your left is a lay down yard for this construction about 10 rai, it was bought for 24 million and just next to it is about 100 rai that has and is being filled in for the past 4 months. This area I'm told will see a NEW mall complex Big C, banks, restaurants.

Making noticeable progress. Moving all trees and plants off of right away. Numerous crews removing roof overhang big one being 7-11 and the liquor store next to it. Grader, back hoe, 10 wheelers and packers out and about. Don't give direction to SI by using the sign..its moved. Looks to me that major change may be in the wend for the food and fruit stalls across from the hospital

Just returned on red ryder. Made all the way to the water works and taxation department at the far end of KC. Dirt and roofing is flying.. The big thing I saw was in the market area across from the hospital. 12 officials walking about taken photos, listings of those that are already in in this area AND measurements. This area has as I have been told has been in legal dispute for sometime. There is a proper food stall that has never been used and the bus station that was never opened. It looks like that is about to change. BTW SI was chock a block for two days.

Just did a drive by from CRU down to the Chong Chom Market. AK47 was blazing.. As I said in another post Miss Big Tits of 20o6 KCI office has been knocked down. The locals are scampering about making adjustments. The lay down area for this project about half way to CCM is being seriously enlarged for other uses and that area I mention for a possible shopping center..there is some serious heavy earthmoving equipment at work AND at the contruction is now at the entrance of the Chong Chom Market as some of the old shanty shops have been removed and new ones under construction.

Looks like the footpaths at Surin Immigration could do with an upgrade as well.Just did a look see on the progress. It seems that every excavator, 10&6 wheelers are on the main drag of KC ripping the fork out of the commercial side. Most but not all are closed do to the construction. Saying that the amphur is pouring money into new buildings, car park and others at this location. Both schools have major building going on and the new commercial building from KC down to the crossing is nuts. Just have to love 44.
