The latter (of the three) has been returned (when I have tried to access the site) since 17th February 2021. Not quite 3 months yet.

However, it was pointed out to me today that as there are moves to change the reporting requirements for Farangs, maybe they don't give a shit now?

Not that anyone gave a shit before.

Yeah, but for the Songkran bullshit I would have waited until this coming Wednesday when we are closed at the restaurant. (7 day grace period after due date.)

Again, not trying to be pedantic but it is 7 days INCLUDING the due date

Maybe it is being pedantic but reporting on the 19th and not the 12th could incur a ฿2,000.00 fine.

Given the circumstances, Immigration may be lenient and forego the fine.

My point is that, in that example, reporting on the 19th rather than the 18th could incur the same penalty.

I agree that Immigration might be capable of showing leniency.... especially for first offenders.

18th is a Sunday.

I know because my actual report date is 17th which is a Saturday.

Considering I was there on the day I was supposed to report but they were closed I should get a pass for each day they are closed. But TIT. Who knows. Especially since their on line reporting system has been down for months now.

That, of course, is assuming that @Cent is a first offender!

He could be a habitual "late reporter" and has kept it quiet all these years!

Only problem I ever had was a one day over stay about 20 years ago. Visa lapsed the day before I was to fly out. They got me at the airport Immi departure. Paid a 500 baht fine.

Same as my first visit to Thailand in 2005.
I thought they were joking for the "one day overstay". They weren't. I couldn't believe it though I didn't wish to have a problem being 'blacklisted' as I knew I would return one day.
Of course previous to arriving at Suvarnnabhummi Intl I had spent every Thai Bhat I had (possibly I had B200) giving it all to an all-nighter after the taxi following arrival at the airport...so it was an interesting 'showdown'.
In the end - USD sufficed. :(
