There is some interest on 90 day reporting and the GREAT FLOOD. Do not worry..
You can report 15 days before and up to 7 days late. On day -8 there will be a
2000 baht fine. This fine could go as high as 5000 baht but only if you piss them off, like not doing a 90 day report until your next scheduled visit OR not reporting at all for a year in which case you would be fined 200 baht per day until you did report which would cost you 60,000 baht for the year. This info is for 90 day reporting and has nothing to do with overstaying which is a separate subject. Had 4 gentleman from Buriram drop by today no problems on the roads from Buriram to M&D. So until NOHA arives take a chill pill and relax. Also FYI KC is still selling for 2000 baht NO reporting for 1 year. Had a another gentleman from Buriram stop in during the height of the storm on the 19 th. He had just done his new 1 year retirement extension and was offered this service. IF YOU ASK FOR THIS THEY WILL SAY NO. THEY HAVE TO OFFER.Chokdee5
