When I obtained my visa extension (retirement) last week, my wife and I needed to complete two additional forms to those I needed 2 years ago (I believe we did last year but I wasn't paying attention).
One appears to be a declaration that you have the amount of money in the bank that your passbook says and that your bank letter has confirmed (it's in Thai). The other is half in Thai and half English which requires your signature to verify that you understand the rules governing your visa extension.
Is this a country wide requirement? And how would I complete the former if my wife was not with me?
Just curious, no hardship.
