Anyone recognize this critter?

We’re getting overrun with hundreds of these hungry critters at night, chewing all the leaves in sight. Anyone recognize them, and have an idea about what to do about them without poisoning us or our fish?

Do you know their scientific name, Rice? I do want to test dumping some of them in the water and making sure the fish will eat them. We have a somewhat similar bug present here also, the brown marmorated stink bug (Halyomorpha halys) that defends itself by tasting too bad to eat. It sucks on fruit. It’s causing a huge amount of fruit damage.
