I hope it is true. I wonder what the Thai statements say on the poster. Bangkok Air is large enough and powerful enough to be able to make this happen, as opposed to the small local carriers that tried.
Probably never happen, but will think positive and hope it does.

I just checked their web site, no listings for Surin. Also they fly from suvarnabhumi airport so I would not think they would fly from there to Surin

Will never happen all the time the army is in charge of the airport,

Until the Civil Aviation Department gives the Ok it will not happen. They have said time and time again the airport is unsafe and until major upgrades are done ..NO WAY JOSE.

Runway to short to accept anything decent, maybe ATR 72 biggest but thats pushing it
