This country is not what it used to be. I just hope they follow through and reduce that horrendous road toll.

Unlikely their game plan was to reduce the road toll

More likely ..farang, breathalyse him, then abstract a large sum of money from him. so we can all go drinking when off duty!

Ahh...the good old days of monsoon rains...just 15 months back.

(I read the India and Pakistan were recently inundated by monsoon rains.)
