As I understand, your first 90 day's report has to be in person, after that it should be possible to do it on-line.For your first 90 day report I would log on to the web site.
Apply for Notification of Staying in the Kingdom
tm47.immigration.go.th
Go through the motions and see what happens. Before you try anything else. Costs nothing.

You can submit your report up to 15 days before the due date or within 7 days after the 90-day deadline. Late submissions incur a fine of ฿2,000–฿5,000, depending on the office. Use your previous 90-day receipt or entry stamp to calculate your next due date, and set reminders to avoid penalties
My reporting date is 21 October but I leave thailand on 27 october
Short answer: You do not need to file your 90‑day report on 21 October because you are leaving Thailand on 27 October, which is before your 90‑day window closes.
Why you don’t need to report
Your due date is 21 October, but Thai Immigration gives a 7‑day grace period after the due date. That means your legal window is:
Since you depart on 27 October, you will exit Thailand before the reporting deadline expires.Leaving Thailand resets the 90‑day count, so the TM47 requirement disappears.
- Earliest filing: 6 October (15 days before)
- Latest filing: 28 October (7 days after)

This has been changed with the new online system. I was told so at Immi Surin and have proved it to be correct.,As I understand, your first 90 day's report has to be in person, after that it should be possible to do it on-line.
