Nice construction. Tough to tell but appears to be a sizeable yard for landscaping ...(or a pool).

(Albeit one is never sure if those upgrades fit in with the overall harmony scheme of the neighborhood.)

Plenty of room for chickens. ;-)

As you might have read, we got slapped with a similar MO-FO flood similar to the one when you were doing our reno.
We are going to maybe, flood proof it this time--hard learned lesson.
