It was here in Issan. The results were very tall plants and a few potatoes under the dirt. The problem was the time of planting. They need a good 3 weeks of cold weather to get going. The tyres were in open air but in the shade.
With the longer, cooler winters that seem to be happening in Issan now it seems possible to get bigger harvests. Maybe a late november planting would be good.
The cut off temperature seems to be 90 degrees F. After that they wilt and die.
