Had to check to see whether we had won the pickup or the Vios in the Red Cross Raffle associated with the Elephant festival. Checking the advertised website, I found to my amazement that the results were really there in full and, surprise, surprise. we didn't win anything at all.

Plenty of items about Surin worth a look, though, like me, you will probably want to find the "language" button under the calendar to read the translated English.

I know it has been mentioned before, but, for the new or uneducated, the website to add to your bookmarks is:

Thank you for the hint on where to find the "language button" Not the most obvious place.

Just had a look. The following on the home page caught my eye:

On 12 Nov 57 at the Rice Research Center Director apparent permanent Surin Province Deputy Governor. As president of the gang-rape seed harvest conferred

"Gang-rape seed" leads me to suspect that the translation function is perhaps a bit dodgy! LOL

Nonetheless, thanks, Bill, for drawing attention to this worthy site which I will check out often.

Yes, I had to find the "results courtesy of the Red Cross label in 2557", so some of the translation leaves a little to be desired. You just need to be a creative reader as it sometimes helps in LOS!
