Just arrived back from Vietnam last night. Drove home today, got a call from Immigrations saying they seen my TDAP into Thailand and wanted to make sure I am at home. Wife told them we were driving arriving about 1400, they said they would wait to see me. ?? Then called again to make sure we were still arriving at 1400, then wanted us to call them 20 mins before we arrived. Told the wife it was a new thing to check on visits. We arrived home they showed up took pictures of me and them in front of house, my passport and off they went...My 4th visit since moving here last June...

All of my neighbors came and asked the wife if everything OK, with Police and Immigrations here. Wife just laughed and said they just wanted to stop by and say Hi......

You have definitely been flagged . You may find out eventually.
Most cases of a flag being added to an innocent party is due to a criminal having the same name as you.
This happened to a friend and it went on for years.
When I applied for my last retirement visa, they gave me a questionnaire and all questions related to being American, just saying?????????

This is a new one for me, I have not been out of Thailand since they initiated TDAC.

This is just the equivalent of the old TM6 forms and takes 5 minutes to complete online.
