MFA Major Tourist Visa Change

I read part of the thread, not that it applies to me. One guy is complaining .... because he owns a condo! ....that it will be harder to get a 60-day visa. It will make no difference to people who arrive in Thailand and get a 30-day visa on arrival. It sounds like an attempt to restrict 'fake' tourists (like the guy who owns a condo).
