New passport, Have to do first 90 day by taking it into immigration ?

Anybody submit their 90 day with a new passport , procedure please ?

Surin immigration has transferred temporary retirement visas extension to new passport.
Tried doing online 90 day report like I have done in the past, their system will not accept it.
First time I tried, think it said something like my passport has expired, I don't recall the exact wording.

I got email my 90 day what's due in October, I tried doing the 90 day online two times again, no avail.

they told me that I had to do 1st in person with new passport

What date in October?

You can submit online 14 calendar days before.

When you say "to no avail" has your submission been 'rejected'?
