New USA debit card

Well they sent one but I never seen it, got other mail from the bank, a check arrived but no debit card. So I called them finally talked to a real person, they sent a new one expedited, cost me $20 but worth it. It arrives tomorrow.....

I went through a similar scenario with my Australian bank months ago FFS, four months after it was posted, it arrived:
