BALTI CURRY

Had my first Balti tonight, courtesy of Nookies sauces. They didn't exist back in 1986, when I left the UK. Nothing special,...could quite easily have been a Thai Penang curry. In fact back in 86, Indian restaurants and take-aways were relatively new

Think I will stick to Madras and Vindaloo in future

Back in the late 80s, early 90s I had my first Balti curry in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. It was carry oot only. I never had another.
