It’s a joke, Colin. It seems Nomad was one of the first ‘customers/victims’ when the new hospital opened, hence the ‘Guinea-pig’ name.

If you are worried about parking, it has its own underground car park, connected by the lift... a guard keeps the entrance clear, so no problem.
