Breakfast burritos and a baked potato. With sour cream and Mexican style salsa (mild, medium or spicy). Certainly hits the spot. Baked potato in place of the potato home fries, per customer request.

Love the way Thais will place an extra order of something they want to try, and split the dish for tasting by the group seated at the table. Excellent way to do some taste-tasting of stuff they are not familiar with but want to try out.
 
Trying to talk the gals into trying to add this dish. We have all the ingredients needed, and fairly easy to do. I'd think many Thais (and some farang) would like this dish.

Will be training and testing the gals Thursday. I have 3 more dishes I think we could easily do that many will enjoy. Show them how to make it and then do some taste testing. :cool: We'll see if these can be added to the menu soon, I hope. I think both Thais and westerners will like these.

Pad Krapow tacos. (I'd do these on the soft flour tacos. And add some crispy nacho corn chips on the side of the plate.) With salsa and sour cream of course.) Some Mexican/Asian Thai fusion.

Next will be Curry Shrimp Tacos. (I'm thinking/deciding which curry sauce I would want to use.)

And lastly I want to do some Fish Tacos such as shown here. Breaded fish fingers - made in the shop, not the store bought frozen stuff I dislike. Not sure if these would use tartar sauce, or our own sauce mix with a bit of bite in it. Or maybe just spice up the tartar sauce?

Let's see how it goes. We do have an extensive menu. But hell, everything needed to make these three dishes we have in the shop already. Nothing complicated about any of these dishes really to make them. The breading and frying of the fish takes a few extra minutes, but these are FOR ME! LOL I want the fish tacos dammit! We will see.
