Hello there. Well it is not a big factory as it occupies my spare bedroom at home, but it has everything needed to make cheese. Like, real cheese, French style made with local raw cow milk. Right now I make Saint marcelin, a creamy cheese from the French Alps, a camembert style one and cow blue cheese. Have been doing that for almost two months now and the few who have been trying them are giving the thumb up. The saint marcelin is 100 baht, the camemebert 200 as it is twice as big and the blue half is 180baht. I sell every Friday at Bamboozled. This Friday i will also have some really nice duck liver pate. Check out Isaan cheese lovers FB group for moe info and updates. Cheers
