The deceased was shot by a single person at a khoa mon gai vendor after arriving with a female passenger approx 21:30.
Location: near intersection of Tessabarn 1 Road and Tessabarn 2 Road across from Wat Nong Bua (backside of FarAng Connection).

A Thai person may be able to make more sense after reading the article.

the man who was shot had a fight a few days before with the one who shot him. He had gone to buy rice and chicken with his girlfriend and a car with a number of men/boys in it came and the one who had a fight with him shot him dead.

So the word on the street is
